How to order
We are not your typical on-line source. In fact if you hate to buy online you will like us. We don’t take VISA, and you can’t click “add to my cart.” On the phone or in person, we have a relationship with our customers. We won’t sell you something unless it is exactly what you have been searching everywhere for and can’t find anywhere. That is what being a custom builder all is about. Even when you want to order a piece from the on-line showroom exactly as shown, the process is the same… we’ll talk.

Whether you are ordering a showroom piece or a custom piece we will discuss the important questions: what size is the room, what equipment will go in the peice, what wood or stain will go well in your space, how many do you want to seat at your table, do you like to snuggle up (queen) or spread out (king). We will probably trade sketches and snapshots by email.
Then we will send you a fixed price contract and a sketch that describes the project in detail. We will ask you to return the signed contract by snail mail with a deposit check to get the job going.
The terms are: 50% down, and the balance on delivery for most projects. The deposit is non-refundable, but, by the time we get to that point in the process, you will know us, as well as exactly what you are getting, so well that you will be fine with that. For very large jobs, we will also do monthly progress billings.
If you are out of town, we will ship your finished piece to you by a trusted blanket-wrap mover. There may also be assembly or installation required. You may need to hire someone local. We will, of course be available for technical support by phone.
Your extraordinary experience is only a phone call away... and a few conversations... some digital pic emails... and maybe about six weeks to build... Sorry, no clicks here.
