Ladd mansion
This stately home was built by the Ladd family (well known in Portland history) as a vacation home... out in the country, overlooking the Willamete River... now they call the area Dunthorp. This 1000 square foot addition behind the main house included a kitchen and family room... low priorities in the late 1800s. We did all the exterior work to match the detailing on the front of the house: balustrade, columns, pilasters, fascia, and freize. Designed by Green Gables Design. |
